In-Reach Ministry

These ministries seek to serve the members of Pine Grove with personable, loving care. Among these groups are:

  1. The Seniors Ministry – This ministry is very active in ensuring our not-so-young know that they are a vibrant and effective part of our church family. Birthdays are acknowledged and at various points throughout the year dinners and other gifts of love are awarded them.

  2. The Nurse’s Guild – This team is lead by a trained Registered Nurse and provides blood pressure screening and tracking and monthly health “notes” are presented to the congregation during the fellowship hour. Members of the guild are available to assist when health emergencies arise.

  3. The Culinary Committee – This ministry assist the membership here at Pine Grove during our “feast and fellowship” days. The committee provide the services and hospitality required when the church family is hosting various group gatherings as well as providing comforting care for grieving families as they journey through times of bereavement.
